Job Description

. Lead & Develop Your Team - Supervise, mentor, and support the professional growth of team members while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

. Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee the planning and execution of partnership activations and programmes, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and continuous process improvement.

. Build Strategic Partnerships - Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners.

. Ensure Programme Quality - Oversee programme design, implementation, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement and member empowerment.

. Strengthen Training & Development - Support impactful training delivery for adult leaders and volunteers while promoting digital learning adoption.

. Manage Budgets & Resources - Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency, policy compliance, and optimised resource allocation.

. Report & Communicate - Provide clear performance reporting to senior management and represent the department in cross-functional and strategic discussions.

What We're Looking For

. 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, programme management, training, or community engagement

. At least 2 years of supervisory and team development experience

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels

. Proven ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable

. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

. Budget management experience and financial acumen

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

. Experience in youth development, non-profit, or volunteer organisations is highly desirable

. Knowledge of Girl Guiding or WAGGGS frameworks is an advantage

Working Hours

. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

. Flexibility is required for occasional evening or weekend events/trainings, with time off provided in lieu
