As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading, directing and supervising a team of customer services team to ensure smooth operations. You will be in charge of Planning, Coordinate and oversee cross functional department/all site engagements as required to meet customer specific/special needs, order requirements, inventory, shipping arrangement as well as addressing any related concerns and issue to execute the orders.
Key Responsibilities:
. Active participation in cross-corporate projects
. Assist to manage the new project (NPI) progress and launch as per schedule
. Communicating internally & externally to manage customer requirement and complaints
. Take responsible relationships for overall customer satisfaction
. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders
. Assist to Sales Manager for any ad hoc job if required or Support when Sales Manager is absent
