Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Incoming Dies visibility to the Factory for planning and execution
  • Analyse customer forecast numbers and work with customer to pull in dies to fulfil Forecast / AOP/customer Shipment requirements
  • Co-ordinate customers loading and shipment priority within the Factory
  • Provide instruction to Planning to execute orders and changes in priorities and orders
  • Provide WIP status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers
  • Manage overall customer service operations to achieve high satisfaction levels
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance product and service offerings based on customer feedback
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline customer service delivery
  • Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment
  • Host Customer Visits and Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Manage resource allocation, including manpower, technology, and finance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer Service in semiconductor industry preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
