Job Purpose & Scope
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support procurement and contract management for large-scale projects in Vietnam. The role focuses on end-to-end tender management, FIDIC-based contract administration, and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full procurement lifecycle including tender preparation, evaluation, and award recommendations
- Prepare and administer FIDIC-based contracts, including variations, EOT, and claims management
- Ensure transparent, compliant, and audit-ready procurement processes
- Evaluate contractor submissions and support commercial negotiations
- Monitor contract performance, costs, and risks throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct vendor sourcing, prequalification, and performance management
- Collaborate with project, HSSE, finance, and legal teams
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management
- Experience in Vietnam construction/industrial projects preferred
- Familiar with FIDIC contracts (e.g. Yellow Book)
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill
