Job Description

Working Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling HR policies, employee concerns, and benefits-related matters while fostering a positive work environment

  • Drive and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions to support employee development

  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reportin

  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities

  • Take full responsibility for payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with statutory requirements

  • Manage and forecast MOM quota, including manpower planning and headcount allocation

  • Handle end-to-end work pass administration, including application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Permits, S/EP Pass

  • Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with all employment-related regulations and policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment compliance
