Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling HR policies, employee concerns, and benefits-related matters while fostering a positive work environment
Drive and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions to support employee development
Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reportin
Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities
Take full responsibility for payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with statutory requirements
Manage and forecast MOM quota, including manpower planning and headcount allocation
Handle end-to-end work pass administration, including application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Permits, S/EP Pass
Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with all employment-related regulations and policies
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment compliance
