Skills and experience required

• At least 4 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management within the insurance or financial services sector.

• Solid understanding of sales conduct regulations and regional governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with the life insurance product lifecycle and operational distribution workflows.

• Excellent reporting skills with the ability to present complex risks to diverse stakeholders with clarity.

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with professional certifications like CIA or CPA being highly advantageous.
