Key Responsibilities
This role reports directly to Head of Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) and is designated to support our non-aviation food solutions businesses at 234 Pandan Loop.
We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Business Partner to provide strategic business partnering to business and operational leaders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, enhancing organisational effectiveness, and driving overall business success.
- Provide strategic HR advice and consultancy to business and operational senior management, identify potential gaps, providing resolutions and developing actionable plans.
- Support delivery of HR processes including performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and ad‑hoc projects to drive excellence.
- Drive and implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives to align with business and organisation objectives.
- Lead communications and oversee the implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programmes, fostering high performance, inclusivity, and a strong people‑centric culture.
- Engage with senior management on performance development of employees, provide advisory and suggestions on managing performances.
- Alignment of HR policies, tools and processes at Group level and ensure conformance of all statutory and employment laws.
- Collaborate closely with operating units and employee relations to address to employee grievances and similar industrial related issues.
Key Requirements
- With 5 to 7 years of experience in human capital business partnering, covering employee/labour relations, performance development, change, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and create alignment;
- Highly structured team player, ability to navigate through organisation complexity, manage ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
- Strong advocacy in people values, promoting and embedding them to transform business in a global complex environment.
- Practical fluency with SAP SuccessFactors would be a strong advantage.
