Job Description
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding as well as provide solutions where needed and to carry out strategic development plans for talent management
Work closely with recruiters and hiring Partner/Manager to ensure the right resources are in place
Run various regular and ad-hoc reports for monthly HR reporting
Support annual HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, claims management and etc
Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
Familiar with Employment Act
Eye for details, meticulous, good organisation skills
Other pre-requisites are self-starter, excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and with a can-do attitude
