JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for proactive, self-driven individuals to shape and execute Seatrium's global brand. This full time opportunity sits within Seatrium's Investor Relations & Corporate Communications (IRCC) team, offering exposure to the full spectrum of integrated communications across Brand, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for a global, publicly-listed multinational Group and leading specialised engineering solutions provider for the offshore and energy sectors.

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling and visual branding. The candidate should also possess some experience in executing brand and digital campaigns, commercial / corporate events. This role requires the individual to work with senior stakeholders (both internal and external), manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and independently, and collaborate effectively with the team and creative / communications agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Branding and Communications

  • Drive the rollout and adoption of Seatrium's brand refresh, including championing and upholding Seatrium's new brand identity, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints and platforms throughout the Group to strengthen consistency and recognition of Seatrium's refreshed brand globally
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual standards across internal and external communications
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives and materials
  • Increase engagement and visibility across platforms – develop and review corporate and marketing collaterals for internal and external audiences, including digital and multimedia assets
  • Deliver high-quality brand experiences at key corporate and commercial events such as international trade exhibitions, corporate events and high-level engagements

Digital and Content Marketing

  • Develop and implement engaging, brand-led digital content for Seatrium's social media platforms and internal platforms to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Conceptualise and produce audience-centric multi-media content (visuals, short-form videos, event highlights)
  • Capture the right moments during events (could either be in-house or with vendors) to support storytelling and post-event amplification

Job Requirements

  • Proactive and self-motivated; outcome-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills & collaborative mindset
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in branding, marketing communications, and digital media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and capabilities in creative work (e.g. graphic design/video editing) will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in branding and/or digital marketing with some events management experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
