Assistant Machine Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance of process machinery to ensure optimal functionality. Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to restore production operations efficiently. Assist in setting up machinery to meet production timelines. Execute corrective maintenance as per the planned schedule. Propose, plan, and execute quality preventive and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with skills in PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including both morning and night shifts.
