Senior Assistant Machine Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure peak performance and reliability. Respond swiftly to machine breakdowns to restore functionality and minimize production disruptions. Support machinery setup activities to ensure readiness for mass production. Execute corrective maintenance tasks following established schedules and procedures. Initiate, plan, and implement initiatives for quality improvement and preventive measures to boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and performance targets.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience. Ability to maintain a positive and resilient attitude in challenging work environments. Proactive problem-solver capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with good numerical reasoning aptitude. Proficient in Microsoft Excel familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus. Collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision. Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including both morning and night shifts.
