Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Recruitment
- Understand manpower requisitions and requirements, and draft job descriptions with input from relevant departments.
- Source candidates who meet the desired skills and experience.
- Conduct candidate screening through phone or face-to-face interviews.
2. Work Pass Management
- Process and manage all work passes through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal for all outlets.
- Handle and resolve all MOM-related matters in a timely manner.
3. Induction & Onboarding
- Prepare Letters of Appointment and other HR-related correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for all new hires.
- Support smooth onboarding for new employees.
4. Payroll & Expense Claims
- Manage monthly payroll and staff expense reimbursements.
- Handle and submit CPF contributions and statutory payments accurately and on schedule.
5. Staff Movements, Attendance & Leave Management
- Track attendance, leave applications, and off-in-lieu records.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including National Service, maternity, paternity, and hospitalization leave.
- Maintain and update employee records and the leave management system.
6. Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform general administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.
- Undertake any other HR-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 full years managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations (Employment Act, CPF Act, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software experience with Info-Tech is an advantage.
- Background in F&B operations or prior F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Immediate availability preferred.
