Main Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate personnel files, manage leave records, and ensure HR databases are up to date.
Hiring Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment process by posting ads, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
Payroll & Tax: Assist with monthly payroll processing and the preparation of tax documents (IR8A/IR21).
Work Pass & Worker Logistics: Support the application/renewal of Work Permits and monitor worker movements and housing.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience
Familiarity with MOM regulations is an advantage.
