Assistant Finance Manager

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys leading teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial excellence We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee a portfolio and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

The Role

This is a leadership position with responsibility for end-to-end financial management, compliance, and reporting. You'll partner with stakeholders to provide robust financial insights while mentoring and guiding a dedicated finance team.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the assigned portfolio.

. Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

. Assess accounting standard changes and apply correct treatment across business activities.

. Manage Net property income, rental revenue adjustments

. Manage tax-related matters including income tax and GST filings.

. Lead statutory and internal audits, serving as key liaison with auditors.

. Identify process gaps, strengthen internal controls, and drive system improvements.

. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to finance executives.

Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/ACCA preferred).

. At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector.

. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate.

. Experience with Yardi or other Accounting systems

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
