Finance Manager / Assistant Manager (12-Month Contract, Extendable)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager or Assistant Manager to join our financial reporting team on a 12-month contract (with a possible 6-month extension). You will support general ledger and financial reporting functions, handle group consolidation, and step in for staff involved in ERP system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing and reporting, including financial commentary
• Perform variance analysis and journal reviews
• Prepare group financial consolidation reports
• Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Provide insights into financial performance
• Support various finance-related tasks and address operational issues
• Assist with financial audits and compliance with reporting standards
• Handle ad hoc requests and special finance projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, CA/CPA qualification
• At least 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in a Big 4 audit firm
• Experience in financial reporting and group consolidation preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards
• Proficient in MS Office SAP and sustainability reporting knowledge are a plus
• Able to handle tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
