My client is an established firm within the REIT industry and is currently expanding their footprint. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.
About The Job
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is responsible for the financial operations of subsidiaries which includes the full spectrum of end to end financial scope such as month end, quarterly and year end closings, reviewing of Accounts Executives work, financial and management reporting. This role has a keen focus on consolidation particularly for the Group's portfolio spanning the APAC region. You will also be involved in process and systems improvements.
Skills And Experience Required
You are ideally degree qualified and has at least 6 years of hands-on experience in such a capacity. You are ideally CA or ISCA or ACCA qualified. Having experience in Audit is also highly advantageous. You are ideally a team player and is well-adjusted to fast-paced environments as well. You are comfortable in dealing with cross functional stakeholders. You have experience in consolidation.
