We are seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to support daily cemetery operations at Choa Chu Kang. This role ensures dignified and professional burial services, assisting with both traditional soil and crypt
burials while maintaining high standards of safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and restore burial plots, including manual digging when needed
- Assist with traditional and crypt burials, and coordinate machinery operations
- Supervise ground staff and ensure safe, efficient practices
- Liaise with authorities and communicate professionally with families
- Maintain accurate daily records, documentation, and handle simple paperwork.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a bereavement environment
- Able to handle basic digging and operational tools
- Strong English communication skills for liaising with authorities and families
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in cemetery or related operations is a plus supervisory experience is advantageous.
