Retail Operations Specialist, APAC

We're looking for someone who can drive store performance — not just support it.

As Retail Operations Specialist for APAC, you will strengthen operational excellence across franchise markets. Working closely with partners, you'll improve store execution, build capabilities, and ensure consistent delivery of the store concept.

This is a hands-on role combining operations, training, and commercial insight, with direct impact on sales, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

What you will do

• Implement and follow up on store operations standards
• Analyse performance (sales, costs, KPIs) and drive improvements
• Partner with franchisees to improve execution and efficiency
• Deliver impactful training programs (train-the trainer)
• Build strong operational capabilities across markets
• Continuously improve training tools and materials
• Support revenue growth and cost optimisation
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Improve productivity and workforce efficiency
• Support new store launches and training
• Conduct market visits and share best practices

Who you are

• Experience in retail operations, ideally in an international or franchise setup
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Ability to coach, influence, and challenge stakeholders
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Regional experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and willing to travel across APAC
