VP Finance, Hospitality

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and provide sound financial and commercial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. You will be actively involved in the group's organic and inorganic growth initiative, including rigorous evaluation of new business strategies, monetisation initiatives and deal structuring. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial discipline and delivering the value creation for the business.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a CA qualified Finance leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and value creation. Prior expertise partnering Brand, Commercial, Operations and Revenue Management, as well as leading Operations Finance/ Hotel Finance would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a collaborative business partner with a growth mindset and thirst for challenges.
