KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Strategy & Planning
- Design strategic event plans that align with show budgets while delivering outstanding experiences.
- Develop detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, logistics, and manpower staffing needs.
- Deliver operational plans in a concise and timely manner across all phases of event execution.
Operations & Execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, operational staff, and manpower on event days.
- Prepare seat plans and ticketing maps across multiple venues in Singapore.
- Collaborate with Marketing on show announcements, on-sale plans, and ensure accurate public information across screens, signage, and announcements.
- Update various parties on bookings, P&L, licenses, and other key operational aspects.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage operational teams during pre-production, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Work closely with all departments across various projects to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Be a team player who can lead a team and contribute across the business.
Market Intelligence & Budgeting
- Provide market intel, trends, and competition awareness to support budget development and show planning.
- Retain and manage the offers database, building knowledge of venues, artists, and the show pipeline across Singapore.
Travel & Site Support
- Travel occasionally for site visits, meetings, and event support as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing a team in event industry.
- Good understanding of Singapore's event regulations and permitting processes.
- Bilingual in verbal and written skills (English, Chinese)
- Proactively identify problems and develop solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and handle high pressure situations.
- May required to work on weekends, after office hours and public holidays as needed.
- Candidate available immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
