Supporting the Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilisation of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management and smooth daily operations of the clinic.
Identify and ensure operational workflow aligns with service quality and clinical standards
Assist in the Implementation of new services/work processes through planning and assessments of industry best practices.
Develop and roll out training manuals and SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery across all clinics
Managing internal communications to ensure key stakeholder management for prompt reaction to operational needs
Ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures with government regulations
Involvement in the planning and approval of staff roster, work performance reviews and improvement plans, and cultivating developmental plans
Perform regular audits onsite on a full spectrum of policies and procedures
Ensure that current processes meet and comply with the business goals and objectives, accreditation and regulatory agency requirements
