Our client is a well-established organisation within the built environment sector, recognised for delivering large-scale development and construction projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Business Development / Sales Manager to support strategic growth initiatives. They are located in the (Central) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Track and evaluate emerging project leads through industry monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and market intelligence, progressing opportunities from initial identification through to tender and award stages.
Maintain ongoing engagement with clients, consultants, and industry partners to surface and develop potential pipelines.
Conduct structured analysis on sector trends, competitor movements, and project forecasts consolidate findings for management reporting.
Prepare internal documentation including approval papers, periodic updates, and business reporting submissions.
Oversee departmental workflows, including assigning, reviewing, and tracking deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines.
Coordinate tender-related activities across internal teams, ensuring completeness, compliance, and submission readiness.
Organise technical discussions, risk reviews, and value optimisation sessions during pre-contract phases.
Support development of tender proposals, presentation materials, and interview decks for project pursuits.
Liaise with consultants and stakeholders for design-and-build submissions and technical clarifications.
Plan and execute business-related initiatives, including corporate events and outreach programmes, aligned with annual objectives.
Drive implementation of marketing-related efforts including publications and campaign materials in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience within the built environment sector, including exposure to consultancy environments.
Prior experience in quantity surveying consultancy will be advantageous.
Familiarity with REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract (Singapore context).
Working knowledge of BIM processes and regulatory frameworks governed by Singapore authorities (e.g. BCA and related agencies).
Experience in coordinating across multiple stakeholders within project or tender environments.
