Job Description

  • Develop architectural, structural, or MEP models using Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Tekla per project BIM Execution Plan
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines. Attend BIM coordination meetings
  • Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models from the 3D model
  • Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and ISO processes
  • Input and maintain model data/parameters for quantity take-off, 4D scheduling, and 5D costing
  • Work with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to update models based on RFIs and design changes
  • Audit models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission
