Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems that track the progress and impact of projects and programs. This role ensures the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to inform decision-making, improve program performance, and ensure accountability to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with subcontractors and consultants on technical submissions and shop drawings
- Assisting the Project Manager with all M&E matters and resolving technical issues.
- Oversee M&E work on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Verify that all M&E works adhere to specifications, drawings, and relevant standards for various systems.
- Ensure contractors comply with all necessary safety regulations and codes of practice.
- Participate in site meetings as required, contributing to project success and team collaboration.
