BIM Coordinator (Architecture)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop and implement BIM Execution Plans.

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Manage BIM processes, workflows, best practices, and related digital tools.

• Develop BIM design models and technical documentation using Revit.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure accurate model integration and project alignment.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture with at least 3 years of industry experience.

• Minimum 3 years of BIM (Revit) project implementation experience.

• Proven track record of 2-4 completed Revit-based projects.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite, especially Revit Architecture.

• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification preferred.
