BIM (Mechanical/ REVIT)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical systems using Revit.

• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural and structural models to ensure clash-free integration.

• Support project teams in producing accurate shop drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.

• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in design coordination meetings and provide technical input for mechanical systems.

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in BIM modeling using Revit (mechanical scope).

• Familiar with HVAC/mechanical building services design and coordination.

• Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems.

• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection tools is an advantage.
