Job Description & Requirements
Support the Project Manager in coordinating design development, authority submissions, and agency clearance processes to ensure timely design progress and approvals for infrastructure construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design works and interfaces
- Manage authority and agency submissions and approvals
- Liaise with consultants and design teams on deliverables
- Track design progress and resolve design issues
- Organize coordination meetings and maintain submission records
- Ensure approvals are obtained to meet the construction schedule
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects - Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (BIM is a plus)
Preferred:
- LTA or major infrastructure project experience
