Project Engineer (Civil)

The Job

• Perform tender and construction take-offs using AutoCAD and client/consultant drawings, ensuring accuracy for fabrication.
• Provide technical guidance to the design team on constructability and installation feasibility.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractors for day-to-day project queries.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, fabrication teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track fabrication progress, follow up with suppliers/subcontractors, and verify material quality against project specifications.
• Support site supervisors in resolving technical issues and ensure quality compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• 0-3 years ofexperience in construction, fit-out, or faade projects(fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills will be considered).
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D advantageous).
• Strong numeracy skills fortake-offs, cost tracking, and quantity estimation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare reports and liaise with clients confidently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
