The Berry Spot is a fast-growing superfood and aa brand in Singapore, with two outlets currently operating and a third opening soon. We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee multi-outlet operations and lead our teams to success. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, staff performance, and consistent customer experience as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet supervisors and service staff
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and service standards
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Monitor outlet sales, costs, and KPIs prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels
- Support new outlet openings and operational projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management (multi-outlet preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Food hygiene certification is mandatory
- Singaporeans and PRs only
Working Hours:
- 5-6 days per week
- Rotational shifts, including weekends if required
