Architectural Coordinator

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions

Ensure all submissions are approved prior to commencement of works

Develop and monitor architectural work schedules in line with the master program

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out according to specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards

Coordinate and manage architectural sub-contractors to prevent work clashes and delays

Liaise closely with clients, consultants, RE/RTO, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities

Attend site meetings and project coordination meetings

Resolve technical issues, detailing discrepancies, and construction challenges on site

Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with contract requirements

Monitor progress claims and assist in verification of sub-contractors work done

Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper usage of resources

Assist in quality documentation (e.g., inspections, testing, handover documents, as-built drawings)

Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth execution, site safety compliance, and successful project handover
