- Coordinate at construction sites
- Produce drawings and detailing for approval accurately and efficiently
- Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety
- Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions including Authorities Approval and materials approvals
- Planning and monitoring of architectural materials/ special products requires longer procurement lead times
- Reviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancy
- Resolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phases
- Inform Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess with Degree in Architectural or related discipline
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Lead subcontractors in achieving smooth progress with higher quality standards and minimal defects
- able to work 6 days when required
- Able to commit to weekends when required
