ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Roles & Duties:

• Assist the Project Director in identifying defects and coordinating rectification work.
• Support the Project Director in managing site coordination tasks, including resolving on-site architectural issues, issuing updated drawings to relevant parties, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports as required.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Requirement:

• Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and industry practices.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
