Architectural Coordinator

• Coordinate at construction sites
• Produce drawings and detailing for approval accurately and efficiently
• Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety
• Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions including Authorities Approval and materials approvals
• Planning and monitoring of architectural materials/ special products requires longer procurement lead times
• Reviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancy
• Resolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phases
• Inform Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess with Degree in Architectural or related discipline
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Lead subcontractors in achieving smooth progress with higher quality standards and minimal defects
• able to work 6 days when required
• Able to commit to weekends when required
