About the Role
We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a new implementation of a Field Service Management project. Our client is a company engaged in providing essential national services and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities
. Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with the team to perform effectively and make key decisions.
. Engage with multiple cross-functional teams, taking responsibility for team outcomes and contributing to critical decisions.
. Analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
. Lead efforts to document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
. Proactively identify potential system risks and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools and technologies relevant to application support.
. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Technical Requirements
Required
. ESRI ArcGIS - Expert proficiency required
Preferred
. ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) - Advanced proficiency strongly preferred
. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, multi-team environments.
. Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide team decisions and mentor peers.
. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders across the business.
