GIS (ESRI) Developer

Role Summary: Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale GIS solutions using ESRI technologies, providing both hands-on development and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and architect ArcGIS Enterprise / ArcGIS Online solutions

. Develop and support GIS applications using Esri JavaScript API,Python (ArcPy), REST APIs

. Build and manage map, feature, and geoprocessing services

. Design and optimize spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server)

. Integrate GIS with enterprise systems and cloud platforms

. Ensure GIS platform performance, security, and scalability

. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Experience

. 08+ years of GIS development and solution architecture experience

. Strong expertise in ESRI platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Portal, Pro)

. Programming skills: Python, JavaScript (plus .NET or Java preferred)

. Strong experience with spatial data modelling and databases

. Experience in enterprise or government GIS implementations
