- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Knowledge in Cisco Webex
- Knowledge in Cisco meeting room equipment.
- Knowledge in O365 administration (including SharePoint creation, user administration, mailbox administration)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Teams Room
- Advantage if have knowledge in NICE compliance recording
- Experiences in basic troubleshooting and administrative skillsets.
Would be good to have knowledge in all. However training and guidance will be provided. Most importantly is the willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Mon to Fri - 9AM to 6PM (may require to work after office hour for any urgent issues)
