IT Manager / Senior IT Manager (End-user support, Financial Company)

Job Responsibilities:

IT Network & Infrastructure

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT networks, systems, and infrastructure.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of IT services across the region.

• Lead infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives.

IT Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry requirements (e.g. data protection, cybersecurity).

• Oversee risk management, security monitoring, incident response, and periodic security audits.

Vendor & Software Partner Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors, software developers, and technology service providers.

• Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance.

• Ensure vendors deliver solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

IT Help Desk & User Support

• Lead IT help desk operations with partner vendors to provide timely and effective end-user support.

• Establish service standards, KPIs, and escalation procedures for incident and problem management.

• Ensure a consistent IT support experience for users across all locations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in It related study

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Hands-on experience in network administration, systems management, and end-user support.

• Working knowledge of IT security practices and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.

• Experience in financial services or insurance industry will be an advantage
