Job Description

Role: Application Support Analyst (Mid-level / Senior)

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

We are hiring Application Support Analysts across two experience levels to support critical front-office applications in a high-impact production environment.

Experience Levels

  • Mid-Level: 3–8 years of experience
  • Senior Level: 8+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Monitoring

  • Provide L1 and L2 support in a follow-the-sun model
  • Monitor production systems and ensure high availability and performance

Incident Management

  • Handle production incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption
  • Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions

Change Management

  • Support deployments, releases, and system upgrades with minimal risk

User Support

  • Act as a point of contact for users and stakeholders
  • Resolve functional and technical issues efficiently

Vendor Coordination

  • Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

System Resiliency

  • Support disaster recovery and failover processes

Documentation & Improvement

  • Maintain runbooks and documentation
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
