JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Take on multiple roles (Application Consultant, System Engineer, Developer) across assigned projects
Partner with customers to define, refine, and optimise business and IT use cases
Deliver enterprise solutions end to end, from consultation and design through development, testing, deployment, and support
Design and support system integrations and application workflows, including ETL and automation
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective technical fixes
Propose innovative solutions and enhancements to address evolving customer needs
Provide crossproject support to team members as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to extend and enhance solution capabilities beyond standard approaches
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
3 years or more of handson experience in IT systems, application support, or solutions consulting
Working knowledge of ETL/data integration platforms, including data flows, adapters, scheduling, and troubleshooting
Understanding of ETL environments (dev/staging/prod) and system connectivity configuration
Practical exposure to Copilot Studio or other Generative AI tools, including prompt design and AI workflow integration
Solid foundation in application infrastructure (servers, networking basics, access control, deployment pipelines)
Ability to analyse logs, interpret error traces, and conduct structured root cause analysis
Exposure to Power Platform or RPA is an advantage
