My client is looking for an IT Specialist (Digital & AI) to act as the vital link between our business units and our technical execution teams. You will gain hands-on exposure to our proprietary, in-house built AI technology and help shape the digital landscape of the company.

about the job

• Act as the primary point of contact for business units, translating their daily challenges into clear technical requirements.
• Lead the charge on internal digital transformation by assisting teams in adopting inhouse AI/ChatGPT tools while maintaining strict cybersecurity standards.
• Use your skills in the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform) to build and optimize automations that make life easier for our business units.
• Support the delivery of infrastructure initiatives, workplace tool rollouts, and service enhancements.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure IT services meet high-quality standards.

skills and experience required
5 years of IT experience, with a solid foundation in supporting business-facing technology.

Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud basics (IaaS/SaaS), and cybersecurity.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for workflows and a general grasp of SAP will be highly regarded

This a permanent opportunity for an IT Specialist (Digital & AI), offers a salary range of $ 5,000 to $ 6,000, inclusive of benefits.
