Site Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the integrity and security of critical environments, and supporting the delivery of our IT infrastructure solutions. This role involves coordination between technical teams, vendors, and clients to maintain optimal performance, safety, and compliance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily site operations for critical environments, including data centers and cloud infrastructure facilities.

. Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and inspections of critical systems such as power, cooling, security, and environmental controls.

. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance standards in line with industry best practices.

. Manage access control, security protocols, and surveillance systems to safeguard sensitive assets.

. Serve as the point of contact for on-site vendors, contractors, and technical teams.

. Collaborate with project teams on site-specific deployments, upgrades, and new implementations.

. Promote a culture of safety, and security excellence.

Qualifications:

. Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

. At least 1-2 years of experience managing data center or cloud infrastructure environments.

. Proven experience in overseeing critical facility operations, maintenance, and security protocols.

. Relevant Data Center certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent) are a plus.

. Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and compliance standards applicable to critical facilities.

. Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
