Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows usingAnsibleand associated tools.
- Write and maintainAnsible Playbooks,roles, andmodulesto manage system configurations and deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all automation solutions.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on Ansible best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards while designing automation solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
- Proven experiencein designing and implementing Ansible-based automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge ofYAML scriptingand the Ansible ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies, includingLinux,Windows, andnetwork devices.
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand version control tools such asGit.
- Proficiency inscripting languages(Python, Bash, or Shell).
- Experience working in cloud environments such asAWS,Azure, orGoogle Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of containerization tools likeDockerand orchestration platforms likeKubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools likeTerraformorCloudFormation.
- Certifications such asRed Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automationor similar.
