Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of automation processes and systems aligned with internal safety and performance standards to support production efficiency.
- Prepare test plans, conduct evaluations to support concept approval, analyze findings, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to meet acceptance test requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive validation activities through early-stage design, testing, installation, and final handover to operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technical solutions, design trials, and establish qualification protocols and checklists to meet organizational and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal safety and quality practices, and support maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
- Contribute to cross-functional reviews and support investigations into system or process issues, recommending improvements where applicable.
- Develop preventive maintenance routines, procedures, and training materials for equipment users and technical staff.
- Participate in risk and reliability assessments in partnership with internal and external teams.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies and support operational excellence initiatives.
- Work closely with relevant departments to complete system qualifications and follow up on open items.
- To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or any relevant field of studies
