AM / SENIOR PLANNER

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage material requirements based on customer order, forecasts and production orders.

- Work with BDG on Load versu commit, waterfall simmulations and plan change simmulations

- Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely Material availability

- Interface with Purchasing on CTB & perform rescheduling as appropriate to optimize the revenue & reduce inventory

- Establish relevant action plans to meet inventory goals and obsolescence control

- Liaise with sales, production, production planner, buyer, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery (OTD)

- Support cross-functional meetings related to planning, demand review, and supply review

- Ensure effective material planning support during engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and new product introductions (NPI)

- Identify planning gaps and recommend improvement actions

- Support planning process improvements (e.g. S&OP, MRP optimization, ERP usage)

-Assist in system enhancements or digitalization projects related to planning

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field

7-10 years of experience in material planning , manufacturing planning or supply chain

Experience in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, LN system) is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Excel, planning tools and data analysis

Able to manage complexity and drive change
