We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner with strong experience in Architecture & Alteration (A&A) projects and Interior Design / Fit-Out works. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality projects.

As a Senior Project Planner, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

  • Prepare baseline schedules and detailed work plans for A&A and interior design / fit-out projects.

  • Coordinate with project teams (Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, QS, Site Teams) to ensure alignment of schedule deliverables and milestones.

  • Conduct critical path analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate schedule risks and delays.

  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight schedule variances and impacts.

  • Facilitate project planning meetings, workshops, and schedule reviews.

  • Assist in forecasting resource requirements and support project execution strategies.

  • Provide insights and continuous improvement recommendations to project delivery processes.

  • Support claims and extension of time analysis by preparing relevant planning documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.

  • 5-10+ years of planning experience, preferably in A&A / interior fit-out projects within construction or design-build sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and familiarity with MS Excel.

  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and schedule logic.

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret progress data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across stakeholders.

  • Experience in preparing project reports, presentations, and schedule analysis documentation.

  • PMP, PMI-SP, or similar planning certification is an advantage.
