Leveraging Sony's world-leading sensor technology, Pentas Vision is committed to driving the deep integration of AI and sensor capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and implement Agents to drive and deliver leading AI solutions and performance.
What you will be doing:
- Design and implement Agents, including memory modules, planning modules, and tool-calling mechanisms.
- Develop a knowledge base management system for Agents, utilizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance the effectiveness of large language models.
- Build SQL Coding capabilities with strong code understanding, generation, debugging, and optimization features, adaptable to specific use cases and environments.
- Conduct in-depth research into the needs of developers, enterprise clients, and industry sectors. Gain a deep understanding of various model capabilities to define core functionalities for a large model development platform (e.g., workflow, Prompt Engineering, RAG enhancement, Agent frameworks).
- Based on the development platform, construct vertical scenario/industry solutions that deliver leading AI performance.
- Continuously track the latest advancements in Data Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and code completion technologies, driving the team's technical progress.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiar with LLM and MLLM network architectures, with experience in deployment and acceleration across different backends such as Transformer, vLLM, and SGLang.
- Deep understanding of the LLM technology stack (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP).
- Experience in designing and optimizing Agent systems.
