AI Agent Engineer

About the Company
We are partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company building next-generation AI-native products. The team focuses on developing intelligent agent systems that can autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex tasks across multiple tools and environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents capable of autonomous task execution

• Develop agent frameworks integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs

• Implement planning, memory, and reasoning capabilities for AI agents

• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI agents into real-world applications

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python / TypeScript / Go

• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

• Understanding of AI agent architectures (ReAct, tool use, planning systems)

• Experience working with OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source models

• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering

Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-agent systems

• Experience deploying AI systems in production

• Background in machine learning / distributed systems
