Role Summary

As an AI Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of data science, product, and business teams. You will translate business needs into AI requirements, analyze data to generate insights, and evaluate model performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making complex data actionable and improving AI-driven products that impact millions of lives.

Key Responsibilities

. Data Analysis & Preparation: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from clinical, marketing, finance, and HR sources.

. Model Evaluation: Work with data scientists to design and run experiments (A/B testing, pilots) to measure model performance and user impact.

. Business Insight Generation: Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for product, marketing, and operations teams.

. Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and reports to monitor AI modules (Ada, Ava, AHA, Ama, AFA, ARA) performance, adoption, and ROI.

. Compliance & Privacy: Ensure data handling complies with PDPA, HIPAA, and internal policies.

. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams in clear, non-technical language.

. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines, features, and metrics to improve model outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

. Understanding of machine learning concepts, experiment design, and metrics.

. Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.

. Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations is advantageous.

. Preferably 2 years of experience in data analytics, AI product analysis, or related roles (healthcare/fintech experience a plus).

. Fresh graduates are welcome.
