Looking for a detail-oriented BI Analyst to collaborate with business process owners, analyse requirements, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to gather, document and validate reporting/dashboard requirements.
- Analyse business processes and reporting needs create dashboard specifications and wireframes.
- Acquire, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights.
- Apply statistical techniques (descriptive & inferential) to generate actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using BI tools.
- Work with databases and data models to support reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
- Support innovation initiatives and ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen/PR.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Analytics, or advanced diploma in a data-related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and QlikSense.
- Strong skills in Excel and visual communication.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of programming for advanced statistical analysis is advantageous.
