Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn data into actionable insights. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions
- Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms
- Support ad hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Stay updated on BI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 25 years of experience in BI development, data analysis, or data engineering
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
